30-day returns
Unopened fragrances in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method.
Opened bottles
If you have opened a bottle and it is not right for you, we offer an exchange or store credit within 30 days. Fragrance is personal, and the Discovery Set is the best way to try before committing.
How to start a return
- Email hello@ibrahimfragrances.com.au or call 0492 974 467 with your order number.
- We will send a prepaid return label.
- Refunds are processed within 5 business days of us receiving the return.
Damaged or incorrect items
If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we will make it right at no cost to you.
